It is always good to see GiT members finding their way around in many ways, personally as well as professionally. And today’s visit to SUMAK Eindhoven @Het Cruydenhuisch made us all proud of @Aysegul and her friend Merve’s delicious Turkish adventure. Lucky us to receive a workshop by Aysegul and learn one way of preparing a dish with bulgur: bulgur salad (Kisir).
It was very delicious. A bit sour, a bit spicy. Just a thing that you can eat anytime of the day every day. 😊 And Turkish tea was perfect with the weather.
Thank you so much @Aysegul for the workshop. It was nice meeting you after a while. And it was lovely to have @Audrey and @Merve today. The weather couldn’t stop us. 😊
